 Golden Sands is a paradise for children and a restful holiday for parents. Breathtaking scenery, superb and picturesque beaches, clean sea, sun and mineral springs. The beach strip is 3.5 km long and up to 100 m wide. Bask in the sun from May through October. Summers are not too hot thanks to the mild sea breeze. The average air temperature in July and August is 27C, water temperature is 24C

         

     Hotels.  There are 5 five*, 20 four*, 34 three* and 16 two* hotels , holiday club's, two villa complexes and 10 luxury villas in the Golden Sands resort. Most hotels have satellite TV and modern communications and there is an abundance of first class casinos.

                      

                  

   Sports Facilities.  22 outdoor and one indoor mineral water swimming pools, 28 tennis courts, volleyball and basketball playing fields, bowling alley, riding ground, as well as plenty of possibilities for water sports, and of course swimming and skin diving in the Black Sea, or walking on the shore at a golden sunset or paddling in the Black Sea at midnight in the moonlight, or watch the fireworks.

   

     Restaurants.  Numerous restaurants serving Bulgarian national dishes, as well as European cuisine and exotic food - ranging from first-class entertainment spots and night clubs, featuring exciting floor shows, to small cosy fast food restaurants right on the shore, hotel bars and discos - to suit every taste and preference; for gourmets - Chinese, Indian, German, English, Greek and even Arab cuisine is available at Sinbad's, our favourite place for an evening's entertainment for the whole family..

There are several very good portrait artists working around the centre of the main shopping street in Golden Sands who will take your photograph (or use your own photos) and from this they can produce a magnificent portrait which will be ready for you to pick up after a couple of days. They can do individual or combine lots of your photos into family portraits.   An excellent souvenir.
